Project Assistant

Based in Darwin THE ROLE:Menzies is seeking an experienced Project Assistant to provide high-level, comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the Otitis Media Evidence Upgrade (OMEGA) Program. This role includes administering high-level meetings including preparing agendas, taking minutes, coordinating communications and following up on actions arising. The Project Assistant will also organise travel arrangements, maintain administrative systems, and ensure all research activities comply with legislative and regulatory compliance requirements and institutional policies, procedures and practices.  Working closely with the Ear and Hearing Health research team, the Project Assistant will contribute to program milestones that enhances ear health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. About youAs a highly motivated professional, you possess demonstrated, strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people from diverse cultures.
