Project Manager (The Communicate Study Partnership)
Menzies is seeking Expressions of Interest from internal staff for the position of Project Manager The Communicate Study Partnership.
The vision of the Communicate Study Partnership is to ensure more First Nations peoples receive culturally safe healthcare.
A suite of activities is being implemented across NT hospitals, including intercultural communication training, clinical championing, new interpreter employment models, and mentoring and training for Aboriginal Interpreters.
The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the implementation of these activities across Royal Darwin Hospital, Katherine Hospital, Gove District Hospital and Alice Springs Hospital.
The role will lead project governance and operations, manage contracts and budgets, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the sustainability of program outcomes.
