The position is part of the RECSI Critical Care team and will be accountable to the RECSI Program Leads as per the RECSI governance structure.The Clinical Lead Critical Care RECSI position will work with the RECSI Program-Lead – Critical Care and other RECSI Timor-Leste staff including the Clinical Lead – Emergency Care team to provide comprehensive coordination support and development in the delivery activities for emergency care.You also have:Professional qualifications as a critical care specialist or critical care nursing specialist (e.g. Fellowship of the Australia and New Zealand College for Intensive Care).Proven experience in leading global health, public health, or international development projects, including applying evidence-based practice for workforce capacity development and health systems improvement.Proven experience and knowledge of critical care in Timor-Leste, with existing relationships with key stakeholders (including Menzies School of Health Research).Please see a full list of primary responsibilities and selection criteria in the position description.
