The Role:The successful candidate for this role will co-lead the development and design of a proposed NT Health Communication Hub. The proposed Hub responds to needs identified through key stakeholder engagement, and previous research findings of the Communicate Study Partnership. Initial work on the proposed Hub has identified key focus areas which could include but are not limited to: the co-design and development of innovative resources aimed at tackling health and wellbeing challenges, and the provision of training programs designed to enhance communication within health. About you:As a motivated individual, you bring a proven history of extensive engagement and collaboration with stakeholder organisations, coupled with a notable record in leadership, and project management. You also have:Tertiary qualification in public health, research, health promotion and/or health care, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training in healthcareExceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders from varied backgrounds.Demonstrate an understanding of intercultural communication in healthcare, social and cultural determinants of health and cultural safety.Demonstrated project management experience with a comprehensive knowledge of contractual and risk management principles.Please see a full list of primary responsibilities and selection criteria in the position description.
