Do you have demonstrated leadership skills, able to provide comprehensive support in project implementation and delivery, and work collaboratively?Menzies is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of research projects in accordance with funding contracts.If this sounds like you, join our team to help make a difference.The Role:The Menzies Viral Hepatitis Program is addressing the National Hepatitis B and C strategies through innovative community-based research to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Northern Territory and across northern Australia, affected by viral hepatitis.About you:The Project Coordinator will help build and maintain effective partnerships to implement a culturally appropriate holistic model of care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living with viral hepatitis and deliver evidence-based interventions which have been proven as efficacious in improving the cascade of care and outcomes for people living with viral hepatitis.You also have:Tertiary qualifications with significant experience in a relevant field (e.g. project management) and/ or an equivalent combination of extensive management experience and/or education and training.Proven high level report writing skills, computing skills (e.g. the use of Microsoft office Suite) and the ability to correspond with stakeholders, manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.Proven experience in successfully manage/coordinate multiple on-going projects including a comprehensive knowledge of contractual and risk management principles.Please see a full list of primary responsibilities and selection criteria in the position description.Why MenziesMenzies is a national leader in research and education that improves health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and populations across our region.
