The Role:The ‘Diabetes Across the Lifecourse: Northern Australia Partnership’ is a collaboration between health service providers, policy makers, researchers, and communities across Northern Australia based at Menzies School of Health Research. You can find out more about our work and impact at www.diabeteslifecourse.org.au.The successful candidate will lead community consultation and engagement with relevant health services, support the engagement and recruitment of project participants within the region, plan and deliver codesign sessions, and support the implementation of strategies from these sessions according to the project aims. About you:As a motivated individual, you will come with a passion for engaging with and mobilising stakeholders, strong project management skills, and experience or ability to undertake research administration tasks.You also have:Tertiary qualification in a related health field with subsequent relevant experience; or an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of health-related research experience and/or education.Experience working in complex multidisciplinary health research projects.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
