Project Lead HRIS

Fixed Term, Full time (1.0 FTE) or Part Time (0.8 FTE), 2 Year ContractBase Salary $110,478 - $120,319 per annum, pro rata (Total remuneration package including superannuation $137,167- $148,386 per annum, pro rata).  Opportunity to lead a major business change initiative for one of Australia’s leading medical health research institutes, by guiding the project for implementation of a new HRIS.If this sounds like you, join our team to help make a difference.  The Role:The Project Lead, Human Resource Information System(HRIS) is part of the Human Resources team and has accountability for leading a major business change initiative, the implementation of a new HRIS for Menzies. The successful candidate will be accountable for the project planning, project management, change management, vendor liaison, internal communication and workflow process documentation that will support the successful implementation of the HRIS.  You will also be required to manage user testing and support the HR team and all system users with learning and uptake in the use of the new HRIS.  About you:As a motivated individual, you will already come with demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop project documentation and reports, effectively manage stakeholder relationships and provide training to users as required. You also have:An appropriate tertiary qualification combined with a record of experience in project leadership or systems implementation.Proven skills in project planning, reporting and communication including in relation to change management.High level IT systems knowledge in relation to cloud services, identity management and emerging technologies.
